Advanced Formwork Systems Company L.L.C (AFS) started its operations as a trading consultancy company in Jordan in the year 1995 & recently in UAE & Qatar. AFS supports sourcing & consultancy of modern formwork system  and cup lock scaffolding material for the large civil construction projects in the region.

 

AFS primarily engages in the design, manufacturing, & sales of different formworks and scaffolding systems.  The company is committed to achieve clients’ delight through cost effective solutions, helping out to utilize the client existing assets, and appropriate designs that matches their requirements. Also can assist in establishing a department for contractors that can the work in a very efficient and economical way as the case for al Khayyat Cont Co – Doha Qatar .

 

AFS serves as a helping agent for formworks and scaffolding systems manufactured in the UAE, Jordan, Turkey, China and Europe, all through multiple certified agencies (Zulin for system formwork & Others for cup lock scaffolding) .

 

AFS services:

 

• Provide clients with appropriate solutions to assist them obtaining the most economical solution for their projects. 

 

• Provide clients with technical advices, engineering consultation, and solutions to formwork and scaffolding matters on site during the erection of the system and then reuse of materials plus storage.

 

• Provide clients with innovative solutions to help them utilize their un-used scaffolding material.

 

• Assist clients to utilize or redistribute their used scaffolding material.

 

• Represent clients in front of the main manufacturers against a small commission only & enabling them to save unnecessary additional expenses.

 

• Serve as an agent for finding used equipment for sale from others.

 

• Supervise the reuse of formwork all through the project & sourcing the required balance materials on time to make sure getting smooth work execution.

 

About the Founder:-

                                                                                    

Eng. Husam Fayez Alaghbar is the President and the Owner of Advanced Formwork Systems LLC Company (AFS).

 

He got his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with Honor's Degree from the University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia 1982.

 

He has 17 years of experience in construction working mainly as a Construction / project Manager in GCC , and another 11 years in formworks, where he worked as an Area Sales Manager for international companies such as DOKA ( Dubai Area Sales Manager 1999 till 2009 ) and RMD ( Project Manager for Holy Haram Expansion). He executed sales operations for several huge reputable projects such as Burj Dubai (Khalifa Tower) - Dubai, and Holly Haram Expansion Project - Makkah, Saudi Arabia plus establishing a department for FW and Scaffolding for AlKhayyat Cont Company for projects worth 9 billion QR in Doha.
